Ingredients

Used frozen cranberries for this and experienced the tartness these little things are so famous for. Did you know that U.S.Cranberries are approximately 90% water. Cranberry juice has always been my best friend since I am very prone to UTI’s and I am so glad frozen and dried cranberries are now easily available in India.

  • 1/3 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 3 dates
  • 1/2 inch ginger piece
  • 1/2 cup milk (use normal, almond or coconut)
Method

Blend it together till smooth
