- ½ cup US Cranberries, chopped
- ¼ cup walnuts, finely chopped
- ½ cup oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- ¼ cup ground flax seed
- ¾ cup almond butter
- ¼ cup honey
- In a large bowl add the walnuts, oats, coconut, flax seeds and cranberries. Mix until well combined.
- In the same bowl add the almond butter and honey. Mix thoroughly until all the dry ingredients are coated well.
- Take a palm full of the mix and roll them into even sized balls. Enjoy!
